ORDERING METHODS

Online Shopping

You can shop online conveniently, safely and securely at Enchanted Meadow. You will receive order confirmation within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Please note that payment for online orders is only through PayPal. By utilizing this method you ensure that nobody, including us, have access to your credit card information. See details below in the Payment Options Section.

Offline Orders - Email

If you choose to, you can also email your order to us. Be sure to include your complete billing/shipping address, contact information and relevant payment information. Payments for orders placed by these methods include Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. See details below in the Payment Options Section.

SHIPPING

Within Canada by Purolator, UPS or Canada Post 

If the order amount excluding applicable taxes is under $100 a rate will be charged based on shipping location.

If the order amount excluding applicable taxes is above $100 or more FREE SHIPPING will apply.

 

To the USA by either UPS Ground or Canada Post

If the order amount is under $100 a rate will be charged based on shipping location.

If the order amount  is $100 or more FREE SHIPPING will apply.

Please note that Customs, Duty and Taxes may apply at the recipients end.

 

International Orders

Please email us your order and preferred method of shipping in English. We will then quote the shipping cost for your approval. 

  

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please note that all prices, including shipping, are listed in Canadian funds (CAD). Payments by Credit Card or PayPal will be processed in Canadian funds and then converted to other currencies by PayPal, your Bank or Credit Card Company.

ONLINE ORDERS:  Enchanted Meadow is a Verified Member of PayPal. This allows you to pay Securely and Safely through PayPal with a Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover card. All transactions are transparently processed on PayPal's secure servers. If you already have a PayPal account, you can simply enter your account ID and password at CheckOut. If you do not have a PayPal account and prefer to pay by Credit Card, PayPal will prompt you to enter Credit Card information. ie. name, card type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), card number, confirmation number, expiration date, address and telephone number. This method ensures that nobody, including us, have access to your credit card information

OFFLINE ORDERS:   Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payments are accepted for Email orders. 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with any purchase, please return the unused, undamaged item(s) for a full refund within 2 weeks of receipt of the shipment. Refunds will be provided within 2 weeks, in the same method that your initial payment was made.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the damaged package in its original packing and contact us by email within 7 days.

 

Taxes

Within Canada, GST or HST will be charged in all Provinces and Territories as required by law. No taxes are charged on USA and International orders.

During the CheckOut procedure in Online Ordering, any applicable taxes are clearly shown before finalizing the order.
